- Member of The Actors Group (TAG) Co-operative Personal Management, 2000-2014 and prior to that a founder member of Lancaster based Target Casting,1983-2000.
- Long service member of Equity (since 1975) and former union deputy.
- Interests & pursuits include walking, cycling, writing and reading, wild swimming, gardening, cooking, choral singing, art appreciation, photography and drawing.
